Randy Tanner - Randy is a principal and one of the founding partners of Old Dominion. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond, a past president of the local chapter of IESNA, and has worked in the electrical industry in Virginia since 1971. Randy primarily focuses on lighting design, design/build projects, and new business development.

Bruce Kersey - Bruce is also a principal and founding partner of Old Dominion. He is a graduate of Murray State University, a past president of the Electric League of Richmond, and has worked in the electrical industry since 1978. Bruce primarily works with electrical distributors coordinating their stock needs and project quotations, and with electrical contractors on design/build and negotiated jobs.

Jennifer Jenkins - Jennifer is the Project and Customer Service Manager. Her responsibilities include job quotes, submittal packages, project management, and she oversees Customer Service. As always, she strives to assure fast and accurate communications to support your project needs and looks forward to working with you. She has been with Old Dominion since January 1999.

Hannah Goff - Hannah is our Customer Service Specialist, currently offering support to our Central and Western territories. Her responsibilities include order services, RGA and Field Service issues. She is enthusiastic to assist you in any of those areas and ensures prompt communications. She joined Old Dominion in May 2007.

Eric Lyons  - Eric is responsible for specifications for both offices of Old Dominion Lighting. He was a specifier for over 9 years in Roanoke before moving to Richmond in 1998 to become a lighting representative. He has been an active member of the IES since 1985 and has served as Virginia Chapter President for two years and Virginia Chapter Secretary for two years prior to that. He joined Old Dominion Lighting in May of 2005.

Michael Kersey - Michael is new to the lighting industry having joined us in July 2008. He is a 2002 graduate of Virginia Tech and was previously employed by Suntrust Bank in Richmond, VA. His responsibilities include job quotes and customer service for the Central territory and will soon be calling on contractors and distributors in the Central and Western areas. Michael looks forward to working with you in the future.
